Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have been cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children, which launched an investigation after a photo showing their 13-year-old daughter Willow lounging in bed with shirtless 20-year-old former “Hannah Montana” star Moises Arias was posted on Instagram.

Now if only someone would investigate why anyone thought making “After Earth” was a good idea.

Sources reportedly told RadarOnline that child welfare officials found no evidence Willow was in danger, though her parents were advised to keep a closer eye on the kids’ social media accounts.

Neither Smith nor Pinkett Smith have commented on the investigation.

When the photos went viral in May, Pinkett Smith told TMZ “Here’s the deal: There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it and you’re acting like covert pedophiles, and that’s not cool.”

Right.
