Khloe Kardashian says she and Lamar Odom — who is awake and improving — aren’t necessarily back together.

“There are too many other important things, too many medical things,” the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star told People. “It’s not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now.”

Odom was found unconscious on Oct. 13 in a Nevada brothel. Authorities have said he was on cocaine, herbal Viagra, and possibly heroin, during a three-day bender.

Kardashian has been by the former Los Angeles Lakers star’s side since he was hospitalized.

Kardashian has since called off their divorce. She told People they’re focused on Odom’s recovery.

“There is a very long road ahead of (Lamar),” Kardashian said. “He has to walk that road by himself, and, most importantly, he has to want to walk that road. I will be there supporting him every step of the way.”

Kardashian was dating Houston Rockets star James Harden, with whom she’s still in contact.

“He’s been great with me, and I’m just allowing everything to unfold,” she said. “If it’s ever too overwhelming (for him), then I understand that as well.”
