An event benefiting Breast Cancer Connections will be held on Oct. 15 at Santana Row in partnership with the San Francisco 49ers, Safeway Foundation and W Salon.
The 6 to 9 p.m. event is $10 going to BCC and participants will get discounts as well as beverages and refreshments at participating merchants and restaurants at the shopping center, Stevens Creek and Winchester Boulevards.
The 49ers will have a Breast Cancer Awareness Rally Booth set up to distribute information. Women connected with the 49ers will be donating their hair at W Salon for use in wigs for those who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments.
