It’s not too early to register for the July 18 ParTee Classic golf tournament at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club, sponsored by Silicon Valley Cares, a nonprofit organization that started in Almaden Valley.
Billed as a fun event–not your typical golf tournament–the ParTee Classic features themed holes and “a ton of laughs.” The day begins with 12:30 p.m. shotgun start and scramble format.
The event is also known for what it doesn’t include, such as, “no live auction, long speeches or drawn out raffles. Cost of $195 covers golf and cart as well as lunch, dinner and refreshments during the day. Register online at SiliconValleyCares.org.
The event benefits Cancer CAREpoint, Almaden Valley Counseling Service, Assistance League of San Jose and Live Oak Adult Day Care.
