Makes 1

  Cracked ice   

2   ounces cognac or Armagnac  

1/2   ounce lemon juice  

1   ounce Cointreau  

  Lemon peel  

Fill cocktail shaker half full with cracked ice. Add cognac, lemon juice and Cointreau. Shake thoroughly and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel
