Miley Cyrus was still in the hospital Monday, a day after not having a very happy Easter.

Cyrus tweeted on Sunday, “Happy 420/ Easter! I’ll be where I’ve been the passed (sic) week. In bed. Crying. NOT stoned. wackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.”

That, most certainly, is wack.

Besides her missing out on a big cannabis celebration day Sunday, the singer’s people announced Friday that the rest of the American portion of her “Bangerz” tour has been canceled, after she was hospitalized last Tuesday in Kansas City for an “extreme allergic reaction” to an antibiotic,” according to CNN.

“Boutta be the wackest 4/20 ever,” she tweeted on Saturday.

Indeed.

She also tweeted Sunday that she was “reading books so i don’t die a famous pop pop dumb dumb,” she added.

Too late.

Cyrus’ rep told ABC News last week, “This type of extreme reaction can last from 5 to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition. … Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans.”

Sounds like she’s more concerned about missing all that pot.

Camp Cyrus said last week the singer came down with a sinus infection while in North Carolina, then “was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin, which she has now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to.”

Her rep said Friday “the European leg of the tour will proceed as planned,” which kicks off with a May 2 date in Amsterdam. She’ll probably be able to get lots of pot there.

Some American dates have been re-scheduled for the first couple weeks of August.
