Kim Kardashian just made the FDA’s hit list.

The Food and Drug Administration issued a warning letter Tuesday to the wife of Kanye West after she posted a promotion of the morning sickness drug Diclegis on Instagram, multiple news outlets reported. Apparently, the FDA wasn’t impressed by the reality TV star failing to mention the risks and side effects of the drug.

In the July post, the 34-year-old Kardashian reportedly wrote, “(My doctor) prescribed me #Diclegis, I felt a lot better and most importantly, it’s been studied and there was no increased risk to the baby. I’m so excited and happy with my results that I’m partnering with Duchesnay USA to raise awareness about treating morning sickness.”

The FDA took exception to Kardashian implying that Diclegis was safe and posed no risks for the baby. It also felt including the web address for the drug fell short of full disclosure.

The post has since been deleted from her account.
