Film mogul Harvey Weinstein has been accused of sexual assault.

New York Police are investigating a 22-year-old woman’s claim that 63-year-old Weinstein groped her Friday night while at the Tribecca Film Festival.

The New York Daily News reports the unidentified woman, described as Italian, claims that Weinstein — the co-founder of Miramax Films and the producer of such movies as “Pulp Fiction” and “Woman in Gold” — told police the producer “touched her private area and her breasts around 6 p.m. Friday in his office.”

Weinstein has been question by police, though no charges have been filed yet.

“He asked if her breasts were real before touching them,” a police source said, referring to the women’s allegations, according to the Daily News. “She asked him to stop and he put his hand up her skirt. He asked for a kiss, she responded ‘No.'”

A police source said the woman went to Weinstein’s office to talk business at his request.

“He initiated the contact,” the source reportedly told the newspaper. “He saw her and spoke to her. She didn’t know who he was until he approached her.”

Weinstein reportedly first met the woman Thursday, the day Weinstein was at the Radio City red carpet premiere of The Rockettes’ “New York Spring Spectacular,” which he co-produced.
