Alison Bales had 16 points and 12 rebounds in her final home game Sunday, and top-ranked Duke pulled away late in a 67-62 victory over No. 4 North Carolina in Durham, N.C., to seal the first undefeated season in Atlantic Coast Conference history.

“You don’t get a banner that says `undefeated for the season,'” Bales said. “But it is an accomplishment, and we’re really proud of what we’ve done so far this season, but ready for the next part of our season.”

Lindsey Harding added 15 points in her final home game for the Blue Devils (29-0, 14-0), who held the Tar Heels without a field goal for seven minutes down the stretch while outscoring them 9-0 to remain on track for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.

The Blue Devils, who won each of their previous 13 games at Cameron Indoor Stadium by at least 10 points, couldn’t put North Carolina (27-3, 11-3) away until the closing minutes.

Tennessee 73, Vanderbilt 53: In Knoxville, Tenn., Candace Parker had 21 points and 14 rebounds as the No.2 Lady Vols beat the No. 12 Commodores (24-5, 10-4 Southeastern Conference) for the 13th consecutive time.

The Lady Vols (27-2, 14-0) already wrapped up the league title, and they finished undefeated in the SEC for the eighth time.

Ohio State 72, Michigan 58: Jessica Davenport scored 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as the No. 5 Buckeyes beat the Wolverines (10-19, 3-13 Big Ten) in Ann Arbor, Mich. The Buckeyes (26-2, 15-1) clinched their second consecutive outright Big Ten championship.

Maryland 76, Boston College 60Crystal Langhorne scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the No. 6 Terrapins (26-4, 10-4) rebounded from a loss to top-ranked Duke to clinch third place in the ACC by beating the Eagles (13-15, 3-11) in Boston.

Louisiana State 70, Alabama 27 Sylvia Fowles became the first player to record a double-double in every SEC game for an entire regular season, scoring 12 points and grabbing 14 rebounds as the No. 7 Lady Tigers (24-6, 10-4) beat the Crimson Tide (10-19, 0-14) in Baton Rouge, La.

George Washington 56, Temple 53 The No.9 Colonials (25-2, 14-0) won for the 18th consecutive time and completed an undefeated regular season in the Atlantic 10 with a victory over the Owls (23-6, 13-1) in Washington.

Georgia 69, Arkansas 51 Cori Chambers scored 17 points to the lead No. 11 Lady Dogs (24-5, 11-3 SEC) over the Lady Razorbacks (18-12, 3-11) in Athens, Ga.

Oklahoma 72, Missouri 57 Courtney Paris scored 33 points and set Oklahoma’s career mark for offensive rebounds (314) to help the 13th-ranked Sooners (22-4, 12-3 Big 12) defeat the Tigers (17-11, 5-10) in Norman, Okla.

Texas A&M 63, Baylor 58Danielle Gant and Takia Starks scored 32 of their team’s 35 second-half points, and the No. 16 Aggies (22-5, 12-3) are one win away from their first Big 12 title after beating the No. 14 Lady Bears (24-5, 11-4) in Waco, Texas.
