All of the goals City Council set for itself one year ago are underway with new plans coming in between January and June.
The goal to maximize cost recovery is in the works with a study session scheduled for January. New policies about transparency in local government will be presented to council members in January.
A report to figure out a way to reimburse councilmembers for attending meetings outside Pacifica will be drafted in April and finished in June.
A subcommittee has been formed to review council members’ relationships with the general community.
A consultant’s contract has been approved to develop an economic development plan.
Work has begun on the goal to review existing processes for local home rehabilitation. A new goal setting session has been scheduled for Jan. 26.
