McAfee CTO stepping down after taking leave of absence last summer(1)
McAfee, the Santa Clara supplier of security software, said its chief technology officer Christopher Bolin will retire from the company on June 30, after which he will continue as a non-employee advisor to the company through Sept. 30, 2010. Bolin is set to receive a lump-sum payment of $117,500 within 30 days of Sept. 30.
