Adept touts new $2.5 million order as one sign of start of “steady recovery”(0)

Adept CEO takes second 20% salary cut; more layoffs ahead(1)

adept-logoA day before it is set to host a visit by the Congressman from its district, Adept Technology filed word today with the SEC that its CEO, John Dulchinos, would be taking a second 20 percent hit to his salary on top of the one he took in January, while its other executives would have their base pay cut 10 percent.

Adept, fighting eviction, names new CEO, gives execs raises, plans stock buyback(0)

Adept Technology, the Livermore maker of manufacturing robotics, is set to go to court Sept. 16 to try and stop its eviction from its headquarter facilities in the Tri-Valley Technology Center on Triad Drive, according to one of its SEC filings Wednesda. It’s landlord, who gave the company notice back in April that it wished to terminate its lease, and saying that the company owed it a $1 million “termination fee.” The July deadline came and went with Adept still occupying the space.
