Mission: To reduce juvenile crime in the city through proactive community policing and by providing sports and recreational activities for youths.
History: Founded in 1967, it is one of the nation’s oldest programs of its kind. Youths have been playing at the city-owned stadium and fields since 1972.
Programs: Softball, baseball, football, boxing, cheerleading, tae kwon do, police cadet training
