This smells of politics more that anything else. Lets find a scapegoat and set an example. Greg Reyes from all I have read and I met him twice, was mostly nice and personable. There were some issues that I can clearly see in the report by the Justice Department, but this seems to be just a way to assuage potential backlash from investors.

Good work merc news. Reading in between the lines, this is one executive who is not technical like Gates or Grove but one who is at a minimum a man with a few tricks up his sleeve. Getting sued by ex-employees is not a good sign, regardless of guilt. I applaud the action of the US Attorney in this case and in exposing the fraud to the public.
