San Francisco's Wine.com has long legs
Former Chairman Chris Kitze and twelve others have sued East Coast venture capital firm, Baker Capital. Baker did not respond to our request for comment, but the firm is supposed to respond to the suit this week.
This late 1990s vintage has a foul-smelling nose. It is rancid on the tongue. The only thing going for it is long legs.
On an entirely separate note, here's a link to the list of Silicon Valley companies, by sector, that got venture capital in the fourth quarter of last year. It is part of the venture capital survey that ran in the Mercury News yesterday.
