Tom Perkins is one of the founders of the well-known Silicon Valley venture capital firm, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. He is also the ex-husband of Danielle Steel. (They were married 17 months.) Soon, he hopes to be competing with his former wife for book sales. Perkins has written a novel entitled, "Sex and the Single Zillionaire." Danielle Steel's latest work, "ImPossible" is no "Da Vinci Code". Hey, it's not even a SLAC dark matter results paper!
But I don't think she'll worry too much about losing sales - perhaps because her books are read in the bedroom and not in the boardroom. :-)

Perkin's writing is DELIGHTFULLY ENTERTAINING. He is humorous, the story engaging and interesting, his style reminds me of several of my favorites, Gerry Spence, Lawrence Durrell, GB Shaw & Somerset Maughn. {Gee whiz, do locals find it difficult to recognize GENIUS in their own Home Town?] Write on Perkins!
