Two more Silicon Valley media deals; Browster & Cradle

San Francisco's Browster, which offers a downloadable plug-in for Internet Explorer that allows you to pop up previews of search result Web pages (demo is at Browster's home page), has raised $3.37 million in venture backing. Vanguard Ventures and Advanced Technology Ventures are two of the backers, according to PE Week.

And following the digital/video meme -- blossoming this week at CES -- another Silicon Valley digital media company, Cradle Technologies, has raised $18 million more in capital. The Sunnyvale digital signal processing company is backed by Cardinal Venture Capital and Investor Growth Capital, among others.

Yes, interesting. Chief Executive Scott Milener now saying company's valuation is somewhere between $10 million and $20 million.

What do you guys think of cooliris.com? they don't have any ads, haven't raised any money and do custom previews for google images!
