Here's the latest on the VSP Capital story we've been writing about:
...LPs yesterday received a letter from the firm, informing them not only that Matt Crisp and Vince Vannelli had resigned, but that a vote to suspend the fund and a vote to terminate the fund will take place within the next week. More on this tomorrow.
