Extreme Networks revealed in a filing it made with the Securities and Exchange Commission 30 seconds before closing time Thursday that it has decided to cut 5 percent of its employees by the end of June. It also went on the record with the fact that, “earlier in the quarter, the Company reduced the number of employee positions at the Company by approximately 1% and exited a facility as part of the Company’s strategic plan.”
