8×8 chief technology officer calling it quits(1)
8×8, the Santa Clara supplier of Internet telephony products and services, reported late Tuesday that its chief technology officer, Marc Petit-Huguenin, tendered his resignation Monday to take effect Dec. 31. Petit-Huguenin has worked for the company since its acquisition of Odisei, a French company developing software for managing voice-over IP networks, in 2000, serving as 8×8’s chief technology officer since July 2003.
Shares of 8×8, which have fallen 47 percent so far this year, closed Wednesday unchanged at 47 cents each.
