ALAMEDA _ The Raiders signed free agent wide receiver Kris Durham and undrafted free agent linebacker Chase Williams Thursday, waiving tight end Scott Simonson and designated linebacker Jacoby Hale as waived/injured.

Durham has played with the Seattle Seahawks (2011), Detroit Lions (2012-13) and Tennessee Titans (2014). At 6-foot-6, 216 pounds, Dunham s best season was 2013 when he caught 38 passes for 490 yards and two touchdowns for the Lions.

Williams (6-foot-2, 215 pounds) went undrafted out of Virginia Tech after making 72 tackles and getting 3.5 sacks in 2014.

Simonson was squeezed out at a crowded tight end position that includes rookie third-round pick Cleve Walford. He played on the practice squad last season and was promoted to the 53-man roster for the final game of the season.

Wide receiver and return specialist Andre Debose, who was waived/injured Wednesday, cleared waivers and is on the Raiders injured reserve list. Veteran linebacker Miles Burris, who was waived/injured before the Raiders first organized team activity, has been waived from the injured reserve list.
