Here’s what’s going on in tech on Tuesday…

–Bring on the lawyers: The first lawsuits against Apple for slowing down the performance of iPhones have been filed.

–And speaking of Apple, the company’s suppliers in Asia are taking a hit on reports that iPhone X sales are turning out to be weaker than expected.

Uber is said to be selling its auto-leasing business to a startup called Fair.com.

–Edward Snowden, everyone’s favorite NSA whistleblower, has lent his skills to creating a new app called Haven that purports to be able to turn any Android phone into a surveillance device.

–What cars are going to be the hits of 2018? Well, the Tesla Model 3 is expected to be one.

–A handful of Amazon, Microsoft and other Seattle-area tech employees have are said to have been busted paying for prostitutes that were caught up in the sex-trafficking industry.
