The Los Gatos Town Council has scheduled a public hearing for Sept. 27 at 7 p.m. to discuss potential amendments to the North 40 Specific Plan. The hearing is in the town council chamber, 110 E. Main St.
The public may propose changes to the specific plan in writing, which should be specific and not require any environmental review. The town does not intend to re-write the entire plan that’s online at losgatosca.gov/1729/North-40-Specific-Plan-Area.
To be included in the council report, proposals should be emailed by 11 a.m. Sept. 22 to szarnowitz@losgatosca.gov or jpaulson@losgatosca.gov.
