Yahoo to replace Google as default search engine on Firefox browser. Yahoo — which will potentially get a boost in search market share — will honor Do Not Track (which grants requests by browser users not to be tracked for advertising and other purposes) on Firefox only.

Brands are wasting their time and money on Facebook and Twitter, Forrester says. The research company recommends that brands concentrate on their own sites, and use Pinterest and Instagram instead.

Watch out, Spotify? Apple reportedly will bundle Beats Music streaming service in iOS in early 2015.
