Irish regulator to investigate complaint that U.S. spies may have accessed Facebook users private details. Speaking of Google investments, it s leading a round of funding for a Chinese AI developer Mobvoi, its Android Wear partner. It s the Silicon Valley company s first China investment since shutting down its search engine there in 2010 over censorship concerns.
