As my colleagues have noted, there is a structure that is covered in white, much like the outside of an Apple package, next to the Flint Center. Apple CEO Tim Cook has just announced the new, bigger iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+. There is also expectation that the company will announce a smartwatch. It is rumored that U2 may play.
