Pieter Levels, 28, whose goal is to launch 12 startups in 12 months. Wired puts him in the category of digital nomads who travel the world creating minimum viable products. But Levels, a Dutch programmer, designer and entrepreneur whose creations include a service that gives people a new way to set personal goals — and yes, a printed book that re-creates animated GIFs — says you have to start somewhere.
