The Justice Department has recommended to a federal judge that an e-books antitrust monitor for Apple is no longer needed because the company changed some practices since the monitor s appointment two years ago — despite the company s challenging relationship  with the monitor.

Twitter accounts belonging to Deadspin and SBNation were suspended over unauthorized use of NFL and college football videos and images. Deadspin s account has been reactivated but SBNation s @SBNationGIF account has not. Twitter received DMCA takedown notices from the NFL and XOS Digital, which owns college football digital broadcasting rights.
