Read it and weep. Top 400 billionaires wealth rises to $3.896 trillion, according to Bloomberg. Tech people at the top of the list: Bill Gates (1), Jeff Bezos (7), Mark Zuckerberg (8) and Larry Ellison (10). Larry Page and Sergey Brin are Nos. 11 and 12.

Experts estimate that fewer than 10 percent of the world s 1.4 billion Android phones are encrypted, as some Android phone makers hesitate to adopt encryption for fear it will slow some of the cheaper models down. (WSJ)
