Apple wants HOW MUCH for that new iPad Mini!?!?!?

How’s your German?

Gut, you say?

Well, then, translate this:  iPad mini: Preise, Größen, Konfigurationen

If you guessed “The rumored iPad Mini is going to give Apple precisely the sort of King Kong-like growth it’s been accustomed to,’’ then you’d be in the ball park.

German blog site Flo’s Weblog this week revealed what the purported pricing will be on the purported new downsized iPad that Apple will purportedly  unveil on Oct. 23.

Purportedly.

One problem with Flo’s German blog, however, is that it’s written in, well, German. So who (expect for you German speakers, of course) really knows what it actually says?

Here’s the pricing that ZDNet pulled off the German site: http://www.zdnet.com/alleged-ipad-mini-models-pricing-leaks-online-7000005732/

Other blogs and media reports gave these highlights: the iPad Mini will come in 16 different versions, in black and white and storage will run from eight to 64 gigabytes.

Flo, whose blog’s logo is “Welcome to my little world’’ and who attributes his information to an “unofficial source,’’ has included a picture of the smaller versions of the new gadget, and says it’ll sell for 249 euros, or about $320. The website Gizmodo, however,  is reporting that the U.S. price is likely to be $249.

So you may just have to wait until Oct. 23 to see – maybe – what Apple is really going to charge for the Mini.

No more questions for now?

Gut!
