It seems crazy to some, that Apple can patent the look&feel of a product. It feels as if the patent office is ran amok. OTOH, most people would instinctively say they like Apple products because they FEEL right (the look&feel part). My hardcore analysis is, Apple makes my life easier and I have to spent less time thinking about it, and it enables me to push less buttons to accomplish a task then more power to Apple. The other (consumer) camp are saying (I think) “I don’t mind pushing more buttons, I can put up with it as long as it’s cheaper.” To which I say, go ahead, buy a phone with Windows Mobile 8.
