Chordiant VP of sales resigns
David Cunningham resigned today as vice president of sales at Chordiant Software. No reason was offered in the company’s filing with the SEC.
The terms of his severance, while probably better than the benefits paid to the 33 employees Chordiant said it would cut in October, are nevertheless fairly lean by current standards: six-months of salary and health care premiums plus any bonus and commission payment that would be due to him under his 2009 bonus plan as if he’d been employed with the company through March 31. (Hope he’s thought well of by the sales people he left behind.)
